"Lovely hotels and enjoyed it. However we paid for a room upgrade but not 100% we received what we paid for, try speaking to staff about it but got nowhere. Room was nice and bed was comfy, the only issue we had was that our spare room card and remote was taken from our room, which worried us but staff didn’t think it was major. "Inside the building was quiet, no loud parties etc. However, my apartment was facing a street with a very busy and loud traffic of garbage trucks, cement trucks etc. during weekdays and it was rather tiring. Another inconveniene was that the aparment was facing south and was very hot during a day. If I knew all that I would choose an apartment away from the noisy street and facing north or east. "
