"The service in main restaurant was challenging for breakfast. Waiting 30 min for a tea or anyone to take our order was not great, the coffee came out in 5 min. There were also events in the hotel which caused restrictions- I think we probably should have been told ahead of time."

"We went in June, unfortunately the window views from the breakfast area were blocked as they were renovating. But if you eat at the rooftop restaurant it is amazing view overlooking the lake area. The room we chose was a bigger room with separate bedroom and one added bed in the sitting area for our family of three. It was spacious enough to relax. Résultat des courses on a été obligé de prendre une deuxième chambre avec une vue sur un mur. Cela nous a obligés à prendre en charge beaucoup de frais supplémentaires. Une manager désagréable et qui a réponse à tout nous explique qu'elle n'a jamais reçu notre réservation pour 3 personnes et se moque ouvertement de nous en nous disant que c'est "comme cela à Megève".
