"We had a little trouble with check in, having to wait for the manager to meet us, thankfully we had a native French speaker who could phone them to organise. The house itself was very roomy, the kitchen was well supplied with appliances and utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. The washing machine and dryer was a bonus. The fireplace kept everything roasting warm and the radiators were very effective also. Lots of different spaces to retreat to. One small comment was that we paid €16 per person...

"We enjoyed a fantastic week at Valerie’s property. So close to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the Boulangerie and supermarket. The property had air con in the main area which was a welcome relief and was perfectly clean on arrival.There was no outdoor space as such for the kids to play but that was no problem due to how close the property was to the lake. Less than 20 minutes away there was a nice walk with Paragliding opportunities, and a nice chateau to visit which was a good 20 minutes walk...

"The place is perfect and Carlos and his wife very nice and ensuring that everything’s perfect for us. We traveled during the Christmas holiday and a Christmas tree was setup in the chalet for us. "Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."

"This property is in a perfect location for accessing all of le Vieux Annecy! The breakfast is good and offers assorted breads, cheeses, salami, eggs, dried fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, and cereal. The parking is a little tight, and I recommend reserving a place in advance if your stay. The staff are very kind and helpful. I will stay here again, for sure! "
