Special Thanks to Lucas the manager, he offered to switch rooms for us without hesitation when the water temperature in our room was hard to adjust. "Their staff accidentally broke a face cleaning tool in our room. Their manager tried so hard to reach out to me because I don't have local phone number and kept asking for how they make it up. Later they bought another one for us and also brought a bag of mooncakes as a gift to us. So friendly and considerate to customers. Will stay again in future for sure. 5 out of 5. "
