"The room that we had was amazing! It was very clean and has this cozy, upscale, and luxury vibe. The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel itself is in the city close to multiple malls and restaurants. This hotel is also close to tourist attractions like the Forbidden City. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! "Do NOT use Expedia for international bookings. Property offers a lot more flexibility and better service via its own site or other platforms (I had good experience with Ctrip for China). Expedia prevented us from checking out early although hotel manager agreed at no charge. Expedia made false promises on timeline and resolution, wasted our time and added stress during our travels. "The only issue I had was my room a/c wasn’t good. The night wasn’t too warm, so it didn’t affect my stay. Staff were helpful. I didn’t complain about the a/c because it would have been too much trouble to switch rooms. The room was very quiet even though my window faced the road. "
