"This hotel is a GEM!!!! I'm so glad that I booked this hotel! This hotel gives a very welcoming feel right from the moment I arrived. Friendly staff and they all spoke good English. The breakfast spread was fantastic. In short, this is nothing less than any 5-star hotel. The only shortcoming of this hotel is that there's another building which has come up right in front of the hotel so the sea view is now blocked with just partial sea view left and the construction sight isn't great (with trash etc) when you look out of the window. "

"Just wrapping up our two day/one night cruise on Grand Pioneer. What a great experience. The bay is absolutely stunning. The upgraded room was very nice. We had our own large balcony off the stern of the boat. Our “butler” Nyi was excellent; kind, personable and always helpful. He never missed a beat. The cave tours were nice and there were plenty of options of activities on board. Not sure of two nights would have been worth it but certainly happy we chose Grand Pioneer for our trip"

"Hotel is very new with nice big indoor and outdoor pools. I got a panoramic, unobstructed view of the ocean from my room. The room is spacious and modern. The hotel staff was also very friendly. One minor thing is that the hot water didn’t work well. The water was hot for the first 2 minutes then it’s more like room temperature. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "

"It’s ok, we stayed for two days one night. Connection is poor as we are expected . Room is clean . Except the shower area if you keep the water on , it will start to flood . Food is ok . However services is impeccable . They are very polite . I did mentioned it’s my hubby bday onboard . And they even have a cake for him . And everyone all cheered .
