"Beautiful hotel lovely room overlooking the courtyard staff were very friendly and efficient was in a good location would definitely stay again if visiting Seville. Breakfast wasn’t included in my booking but as we had an early flight we had one on our last day and we really enjoyed it."

"The personalized and attentive, yet not overbearing, hospitality of this hotel made our stay here special. The rooms were lovely, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The design of the hotel was great, having multiple places to sit both on each floor and the lobby, and enjoy natural sunlight coming through while waiting for the rest of our group. The bar area and the restaurant each had multiples rooms / areas which adds to the privacy and ambience. We would definitely stay here again."

"Pretty property but services overstated. None of the staff spoke English. They were unable to process credit cards but didnt tell us that when we checked in. Had to walk all over town looking for ATM to check out. Person in room under us had TV full volume until after midnight. Called front desk they did not address the situation. They seemed understaffed. Restaurant was not great. "
