It was our first time traveling with two kids under 3, and our room had two cots ready, with slippers, Yeatman teddy bears, shampoo and soap for kids, etc. For us, there was a small bottle of LBV port, chocolate truffles and Pasteis de Nata - a nice touch! The room was beautiful, with stunning views. Everyone at the hotel was lovely, and they made us feel welcome despite our kids not being the most discreet. Looking...
