"Was unaware of air conditioning laws prohibiting the use of A/C until May. At night, even with windows open I would wake up drenched in sweat. The hotel staff brought in a fan and got approval to turn off the heater but it did nit help the situation. The breakfast were delicious, room service was spectacular, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay after May. 😊"

Breakfast was very good and the rooms were nice, clean, and quiet. This was my first time visiting Milan for my moms birthday and they brought my mom some sweets and a bottle of champagne with a nice birthday card and balloon. Thank you Melia Milano will definitely look forward to visiting back again."
