"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was so attentive and personable. They gave us little chocolates and treats every so often, knew our names and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we need. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. The hotel is centrally located to Edinburgh and even though we rented a car, we truly didn’t need it as we were able to walk everywhere. The food at the hotel is great as well. "Great property, great location. Great staff. Beautiful high ceilings. Very accommodating. The only criticism I have is that the people working the spa seemed clueless and uptight. The guy I was talking to about treatments appeared like he had never had a massage in his life. And as I was trying to get more information about treatments and providers everyone seemed to get more nervous and uptight. Very strange. Other than that had a great hotel experience."

"The location was beautiful, it’s right next to the palace. The apartment was so beautiful and well decorated. My children loved reading in the window seats. "Great location, easy to get there from the airport, lovely restaurants nearby and close to all the tourist stuff. Great apartment, really well equipped and nicely presented. Couple of relatively minor points- the apartment is quite big, the bed is too small and not that comfy. Also in the small dressing room there’s a full length mirror & storage but no place to plug anything in. Other than that a really good and easy would have happily stayed longer."
