We asked for maintenance, they sent someone up to confirm the issues. They changed our room to a smaller room. The next day we asked for a room similar n size and they accommodated us . They did not tell us that the AC was turned off for winter, so we had to keep the balcony door open to cool the room. Also be aware they will temp charge...
