"Far too many children making far too much noise in the swimming pool and more importantly in the restaurant. It completely spoiled my evening and I paid for a meal I couldn’t be bothered to eat. Signs could be put up instructing children are kept under control and noise kept at an appropriate level. "

From the welcome on reception when booking in right through to checking out in the morning every member of staff who we interacted with was friendly, attentive and welcoming.
