"The location of this hotel is perfection and I loved the room. The area is loud so earplugs are a good idea. Also for those coming from a cooler climate, we found the room a bit warm even with the thermostat turned all the way down. Still would highly recommend and stay again. Such a neat spot!"

"The staff was excellent! They were super helpful and gave us a little tour and history of the place. Everything about CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés 5 GL was beautiful. The courtyard, the building and the roof top views! We would love to stay there again and totally recommend it! "

"Everything was perfect in terms of the Hotel and location plus the staff couldn’t do enough to assist us. Will certainly stay again. Only negative but got use to it in the end, no Buffet breakfast and you had to order so if your in a rush, not great. "

"We booked this property at last minute, and we were very nicely welcomed and accommodated. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was very large and had a private patio. We were only staying one night and it was a bit chilly, so we didn't use that feature. The room was very clean with nice amenities. We liked the separate toilet from the rest of the bathroom.
