"Stayed in Kendal suite and at first appearance it’s a lovely suite but as the night went on a few cracks seems to appear- the pipe work in the building is old so when you’re trying to sleep you constantly hear the noise of the pipes draining or whatever - it’s very off putting to try and sleep too, the window did not latch and poor quality so when sleeping if keeping window open it can only be open half way and then it makes the blinds rattle against the wall! "My first time at Winckley and it was amazing. I dont think i will stay anywhere else when staying in Preston. The rooms are immaculate and very lovely. Great beds and amenities. Staff were incredible as i was staying in another room the second night with friends who made another booking. The hotel offered to bring my bags into the room for me, and also gave me a free upgrade to move me closer to the second room. Mia was very helpful with all of this, and made the trip so easy. "

"My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal.
