"Fantastic stately home with lovely gardens. We had the cheapest room on the third floor and it was fine. The evening meal was ok but not fantastic. There is plenty to do and must be a golfers paradise. The ground floor rooms were magnificent "

We stayed in Elberry suite which was exceptional, every detail had a lot of thought gone into it and the tea and coffee making facilities were spot on. Keith and Zoe were brilliant hosts and breakfast again was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. They also gave you ideas of where to eat that suited you and when we said where and what we wanted to see whilst in Brixham they were more than happy to guide us. Highly recommended."

"Recommend parking in Magdalen Street car park (by the Mecure Hotel) free parking from 6 pm to 8 am (alternative parking in St Mary Arches was expensive). I was surprised at the large number of apparent homeless people gathering in Cathedral Yard right outside of the apartment, quite loud and drinking from first thing in the morning until very late at night and begging for money as you enter end leave the apartment. The Cote Brasserie practically next door was too convenient and offered great...
