"We stayed over a week with the Grand Hyatt Goa and initially there were some issues with cleanliness and the age of the rooms, but their room division team managed to make improvements. "If you are looking for a resort vibe, on a small scale, that is family friendly, this is a great option. We were looking for a little bit of peace and quiet to recharge our batteries and it is exactly what we found staying at the Novotel. Great service, nice infrastructures, lots of food options on site and a pool to enjoy the sun without the crowds of Candolim Beach. The hotel is well located, the beach is a 9-minute walk. "Property was good. Overall staff was very helpful except one girl. Her name was Albira and she was very rude. We talk to manager about her and he resolved the issue quickly. Recommend to everyone. Nice stay."

"Very spacious well equipped room with a really comfortable bed. Lovely staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. The music round the pool was too loud and not our taste, but maybe that’s just our age. Easy walk to some great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. "
