"A joy to celebrate my husband's special birthday here. We enjoyed 3 nights of wonderful care and help from a brilliant, attentive reception team, especially Sara and Richard. Nikolai was so kind driving us to places to eat in the village in the evening. A special shout out for the young barman, whose name I didnt get, whose English is exceptional. The hotel is ideally placed for the village, the island and the Unesco Sacro Monte. The Couples Symposium in the Wellness Suite was a real treat....

"We booked Castello Dal Pozzo as a special treat to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The whole estate is just stunning, and the team was so welcoming. They gave us a lovely upgrade for our anniversary and were so accommodating for my coeliac disease. The pool was incredible! As were the views and, of course, the wine room! "This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "
