However, as a Expedia platinum member, this hotel's vip perk wasnt that helpful. when other VIP hotel offered a bottle of wine for free beverage, they just offered can of beers. it would be better if they offer room service with lounge access. they offered room service only with different view and actually when I was booking, there is no much cost difference between two.I believe...

"The service here is top notch and very accommodating. They were able to check us in a little early but the room they gave us felt like it hasn’t been used or clean in awhile. We noticed that the key wasn’t working because the electronic lock had low battery which was odd and the bath mat was a black which looked kinda moldy so we just left it outside the room. Overall though this place is very convent and a good place to sleep and rest would recommend again."
