"Great rooms and mine even had a cozy fireplace. The phone was out of order, which was very annoying as I could not use it for room service. I hd to go to the reception to order. They did not fix it when agreed but in spite of this, i loved the hotel and the price was way better than Sofitel (where I had originally booked but chose to cancel due to unannounced renovations )."

"Very kind and accommodating staff. The hotel is very grand, with gorgeous wood detailing in the bar and hallways, but the rooms are very modern with motion detector access for almost everything. Quiet, comfortable beds, well-appointed rooms with robes and slippers. Would stay again. "

"Only thing I didn’t like was the water they offered in the room, they should change it to something aluminum. I also felt like the maids were refilling my empties which seems unhygienic. I could be wrong tho."
