"One of the best Middle Eastern restaurant in Seoul (maybe the best) is in the lobby. If you have to weather a snow storm, you have all the facilities you need in the building. Good location as well."

"My partner and I really enjoyed staying at Oakwood. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was particularly comfortable compared with that of other hotels. A staff member (named “Jun”), who helped us with checking in, was very helpful with a feeling of hospitality. Knowing that we are celebrating a special day, he even upgraded our room, which I am grateful for. It was very satisfactory to stay in this hotel. We are definitely coming back! "

"Good hotel overall, however some hotels provide transport service for you and your luggage to the bus stop to the airport. It was an inconvenience to have to walk all of our luggage to the closest bus stop."

"We have stayed in long-term accommodations near Yeouido and Gangnam multiple times, but this is the first time we’ve experienced such an exceptional combination of friendliness, convenience, and comprehensive facilities. While the nearby Conrad Hotel offers similar conditions, we were dissatisfied with their service and would instead recommend the Fairmont Hotel to others."

"The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English. The breakfast buffet was the best I had ever experienced throughout Europe, US, Asia, and Scandinavia lately. The floor staff and everywhere, were just wonderful. What a place!!!!"
