"I was given a free upgrade to a full ocean view suite (up from a deluxe ocean view, I think) which provided a huge suite with an expansive view of Alexandria and the ocean. The buffet breakfast was very good, except it was very crowded on the first morning. Highly recommended."

"Everything was perfect in this hotel. I would definitely be back at this hotel if i come back to Alexandria. Staff were amazing and hospitable. We did halfboard so we got to do dinner and breakfast. Dinner was in a restaurant with a set menu but food was delicious and plenty. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty to choose from. You can't leave hungry here. Was an awesome place, clean, beach is awesome, rooms great. "

"New property. Nice facility. A few pointers about the property. The pillows were vert smelly. When I asked they said they were ostrich feather pillows. "Room is far from reception, hotel provides golf car service but could not call for golf car because phone and internet were down for more three hours. The tv service was also down. Room description says lagoon and see view but sea view was obstructed by a fence. Beach is far and there are plenty of rocks which you need to navigate before you can swim. There are plenty of trash on the beach. The hotel also does not have limo service so you need to arrange for transportation in and out. Breakfast...

"We enjoyed the beach and the sea, but it would be better if the hotel could find a way to remove the seaweed. The beach towels provided by the hotel were disappointing, as they had many large, unsightly stains. On the positive side, we appreciated the all-inclusive services and the friendly staff at the bars who served drinks. It would be helpful if the hotel could include more options, like ice cream, in the all-inclusive package. The three daily meals were good, and the restaurant staff...

"Everything is OUTSTANDING! from reception to house keeping to restaurant to pools etc! Staff are extremely helpful and wanting to do everything to make you happy and comfortable. Hotel is not on the beach front, however they provide a golf cart (ready on request) that is ready to pick and drop you whenever you want... works nicely! Furniture and food quality are outstanding too. In summary, I haven't stayed in any hotel in Egypt that wow'ed me more than The Address Marassi"
