"Easy walk from the train station. Lots of dining options nearby. Best part was that we had a junior suite on the Grand Canal. We had two balconies and it was magical watching the canal action. Bed was comfortable and we had two washrooms and a sitting area."

I explained that if they could accommodate us, the room did not have to have a canal view. The staff told us to continue with our plans and when we return, stop by the desk for new keys.
