"The Casa Gangotena was perfection! The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff was gracious and attentive. We stayed in a very comfortable, large room with a spectacular view of the Plaza de San Francisco. We enjoyed breakfast and a wonderful dinner at the hotel and loved that the menu included local cuisine. Plus, the prices were reasonable - we would have easily paid twice as much at home for a meal of the same caliber. You also shouldn't miss a late afternoon cocktail on the rooftop!"

"The property was beautiful. The staff was accomodating, friendly, and responsive. The restaurant was lovely and ornately adorned, the rooftop seating area was gorgeous, and the food and drinks were wonderful. I felt safe since you had to be buzzed in and out of the property. "Excellent hotel. Staff is tremendously helpful - helped counsel us on things to do and transportation and were actively looking out for us. The rooms were wonderful for our family. The interior courtyard was inviting and the rooftop restaurant was delicious. All staff were so warm and welcoming and Dennis in particular was wonderful when we ate at the restaurant. "Beautiful building with very good amenities. To use the pool or jacuzzi, the owner needs to make a reservation at least 24 hour ahead. Paid for adding breakfast but needed to walk 5 minutes to a restaurant to get that. Dressing for the cold weather and going out is not convenient. To use the laundry you must download an application and create an account. "
