"On arrival, we were told there was an event the next day. Then asked if that was okay. We said yes it was okay. The work on the event lasted until nearly midnight then a couple of people stood outside our room for another hour or so. In the middle of the night some folks were outside our room talking and laughing. At 7 am most conversations could be heard nearby. All in all a crappy nights sleep. We decided we didn’t want to stay here for another night of activity so we let them know we were moving out and why. We were told we couldn’t be reimbursed as they still needed to pay the fees or whatever to Hotels.com. It’s a really nice place, the manager was very nice, our room was nice. But our night there was not pleasant. Sucks that we apparently could not be reimbursed "
