"We had a great experience at this hotel! The staffs were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They recommended some touristy places to visit and restaurants etc. They also told us how to take the MRT. Since it was our first time in Taipei, we were really grateful that they helped us get the best experience in Taiwan. We needed to urgently visit a local clinic during our stay. The front desk staff called the clinic near the hotel to make sure that they were open and there was a doctor who can speak English. Thanks to their help, we had such an amazing time in Taiwan. If we have a chance to visit again, we will definitely stay there. Thank you so much!"

"Taxi: about $40 from airport to hotel Train: first need to take regular rail (MRT) from the airport to the high speed rail (HSR) station then HSR to hotel; finding hotel is difficult; look for exit M6 Hotel is in a convenient location; older hotel but well kept; good service; 6 elevators; 2 of the 6 elevators will get you to the underground access to the MRT/HSR; laundry room, exercise room, restaurants in hotel and around MRT/HSR; walking distance to Mitsukoshi shopping mall, Daiso, McDonalds, Family Mart, 7-11, Uniqlo, Tim Ho Wan, Sushiro, and others."
