We spent our day in Cambridge but ate/drank at the bars and restaurants that were a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. The value for money was extremely good. Just one thing to note was parking at the hotel was £15 a night or outside the hotel was ringo parking, which after 6pm till 8am is free so we ended up spending less than a £5 so if you get your...

"Great location in an attractive building. Staff very friendly and bar was very good. Bed very comfortable. But the room we stayed in was tired and needs refurbishing. Carpet was stained, furniture chipped, watermarks on ceiling and a stained toilet bowl. Nothing to make a stay uncomfortable but for the price, the room (small suite) was disappointing. Also no wardrobe space for long clothing items (taken up by shelves for kettles , safe etc). Finally very few plug points which is strange these...
