"The process from the airport to pickup zone is a 4-5 minute walk. However the lane for pick up in the courtesy van was confusing . The other hotel van drivers showed me the correct place to stand and wait. It is 5 lanes across from the footpath. Each lane is not numbered. The van driver and check in persn was very friendly and check in was easy. Room is large, bed very comfortable. "We had breakfasts on 2 mornings at the JetPark Hotel and whilst the food was tasty and there was plenty of different options, the hot meals were actually only luke warm, on both days. This really spoilt it as scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and hash browns etc should be hot not luke warm. It would have been really delicious hot."

"Our nature themed room was lovely. Clean room with good wifi. Access to a strip mall right beside with laundry, cafe, grocery, and liquor store. Nice restaurant and bar downstairs as well as a vending machine in the lobby for any needed snacks or drinks at night. Would stay again."
