"People were very friendly. Ask questions so no surprises on valet parking or room. Woke up to no hot water and nothing they would do because I booked 3rd party. Ended the stay without a shower. Disappointed…. "

"I arrived early and wanted to pre-register so when i came back at 9 PM i could just go to my room. Well i was surprised when they told me there was a fee for that. Not at all happy so i didnt. No place on the property to park. Manditory valet parking. However, the room was very comfortable and clean. Strange though, that you enter into the room through the bathroom. Still, it was a nice room. Would prefer coffee instead of expresso in the room but all in all, it was a nice experience but i think...
