"This is a lovely hotel, with charm and character. Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were cozy, clean and warm, which was great as it was freezing outside! The bathroom also clean and in good condition - the shower was great! The location was also better than we thought - we were able to get to other lakes and towns, a shopping outlet and even the coast within 30-60min drive. The only 'quirk' with this hotel was that at each breakfast, we got a different portion size, despite ordering...

Plenty of mirrors for getting ready along with good storage space and a good hairdryer. Breakfast was delicious and really good quality produce. Honesty bar in the lounge for those who wanted anything extra. Nice and quiet area but very close to bars, pubs, eateries - less than 5 minute walk. Parking is tricky close to hotel as very little space so...
