"We had a really lovely time at the Norfolk Arms. Beautiful hotel and room. I can sometimes struggle to get to sleep in a hotel but my partner and I both slept really well - the heavy curtains were wonderful for blocking out any light and the bed was nice and firm. The staff were all super lovely and friendly. This was our first trip to Arundel and we'll definitely be coming again and staying at the Norfolk Arms "

"Great. Mix up at first hotel was fully booked no room for me I confirmed a classic room booking so they put away near the weddings and reception are From my room to reception was 283 steps Quite a walk I can tell you Otherwise fine "

"Laura on the front desk was lovely. Room was comfortable but annoyingly my complimentary gin was gone before I got there. Restaurant service was brilliant and my wife loved her massage. We brought our ten week old baby and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. Will defo come back and try the junior suite next time. "

"Very quiet and nice layout, well sound insulated from pub, accommodating with late check in from visiting a gig and good onsite parking set back from the road, as two young women we felt very safe and undisturbed during our visit. Will likely book with Harpers again in the future here or trying another site, many thanks!"

"Very friendly staff on arrival and in all interactions. Public spaces looked nice. Room was clean and simple. Only gripe was the need to de-timescale the taps and shower head. The bathroom was spacious and modern and the stuttering and erratic spray caused by limescale blockages was out of place and could’ve made for a much more pleasant experience. Overall was good value for a single room, was visiting my daughter at uni and would happily stay there again when doing so. "
