"I ansolutely wish my stay was longer, however, i very pleased with time I spent at Westin, Southfield. The staff (houskeepers, security AND concierge) were all welcoming and smiles. Hospitality seems to be dwindling even where it should be thriving. So to come to the Westin and have such a warm and exciting staff was absolutrly amazing! Thank you all for making my first (and many more) trip to Detroit a great experience. My room was amazing! Clean, organized and just great 💐 See you all next...

The sauna works great but you have to turn it on. Follow directions on it. Hot tub decent. Room and bathroom were very clean. Priced very reasonable. "The check-in was long only because there was just one person working and she was wonderful! My room was clean but the TV picture was terrible and being on the first floor facing the parking lot added a lot of noise. But with all that said I would stay there again, it felt safe and the airport shuttle drive was great and on time!"

"This was a last minute reservation as we had a misconnect flight due to weather. Although the room was not ready when we arrived, the staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond so we could get something to eat. We got noodles from their shop and kids had some snacks which they never charged us for. Thank you. The hotel was clean and a good size bedroom and bathroom. The airport shuttle is a plus and is this location is close to the airport."
