Our room was spacious and had a balcony. Seemed strange that there was no bottled water in the room - possibly obtainable from the 1st floor Service area - we never had time to check. "Great location, close to centre, buses and sightseer bus stopped outside hotel. Great view of the mountains from the room and breakfast was vast. Hotel was very clean. Staff were not as welcoming as other hotels i have stayed in, however, they were very professional and efficient at check in and check out, and were very helpful with any queries, which is what is important to us. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. All round a great stay with no complaints. "
