"I had an pleasant accomodation to Klausnerhof hotel. Easy to reach by bus. All the staff was really professional and heart-warming and made me feel great! The room, the spa and the common areas were extra clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas! I would definetely travel there again!!!!"

"The owner was so helpful and accommodating as we arrived a little late in the vending and she made sure we had a table and something to eat. "The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
