"Bar staff "mistakenly" gave me change for £10 when i paid with a 20. When queried she begrudgingly called over her supervisor to inform her of my query and then once the till was opened saw that i was correct with a 20 sat in the 10 drawer. A stunted apology was then given. Not good!!!"

"I booked a 2 night stay for my wife's birthday, everything was perfect. Thank you to Ellie for putting the balloons, champagne and roses in the room for me, and thank you to the chef who made 2 small cakes and served it on plate with a very elegantly written "happy birthday". The breakfast and dinner options were very tasty, all the staff were extremely friendly and we look forward to staying again soon!"

"We loved our 2 night stay here, the restaurant was great (unfortunately couldn’t get a booking at Yu Pan Asian) and we loved that the outdoor pool was heated for swimming in winter. The spa facilities do get extremely busy and noisy on Saturday but Friday evening and Sunday it was really pleasant to use. Our massage treatments were amazing, very relaxing. "We have been to The Cotswolds many times, but this is the first time staying at the Prince of Burford. We were made very welcome from the beginning and was even offered a complimentary drink on arrival, which you don’t get in all hotels. Room was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable.
