"Das Zimmer war zu kalt. Nur im Bad konnten wir den Heizkörper selbst regeln. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Zimmer waren unbequem. Das Bett war okay, das Frühstück war gut."

"The four star Bulow Residenz is one minute walk down the road from the five star Bulow Palais. When we stayed at the Residenz the reception desk was only staffed for some of the day, so when checking out in the morning we had to walk to the Palais. It felt we were rather alone in the Residenz. But the reception member of staff at the Palais was extremely helpful and friendly and he answered all my questions."
