"Location is terrific, room was awesome. Long hallways are depressing and tired looking. Nobody ever picks up the phone line and everything is so it yourself. Only 2 towels for 2 ppl in the room. Cannot find housekeeping. Morning attendant was strange and rude. We asked for towels, never got them. "

Ideally located in the Fontana mall , everything in teplice is walking distance and you have all you need for shopping in the building. You can visit the wellness center which is 1 floor down and is pretty decent . Parking on the underground of the mall . Communication was really effective , polite and proffesional .
