The most amazing hotel of my whole trip. Beautiful old building with lots of history itself, great location near tons of restaurants, plazas and tourist spots. The beakfast buffet is perfect with delicious food amd coffee.

Really excellent all round and even though there was a building site over the road the soundproofing meant very little noise got through. A little bit hot, too but the windows open fully if needed. I would recommend you get a good map though as the streets surrounding it are a bit of a maze and you will probably get lost and end up going the wrong way a LOT.

Still Coming Out From Behind the Iron Curtain
Exceedingly low toilet and a perilously high step into and out of the tub to shower. We're in our 70's and it simply felt unsafe. Also, the room service and restaurant were nowhere close to five star. Contact with room service was dicey and needlessly complex, and the restaurant had very limited choices.

The location is good that you can go to sighting seeing point in just 5 min walk. Various transport option nearby and you can go to major attraction easily. Breakfast is good and decent But bear in mind that some premium room may only has a small window that the room is relatively dark. And room in 3/f is the roof so that you may feel the room a bit smaller.

A bad choice for us to stay here, very small room.
Bad, just bad, we paid more and expected much more than one of the smallest rooms we ever stayed in, felt like a coffin, some features in the pool were not working and there was no water in the dispenser. First time in my life when I was refused a whisky after 23.00 in a (so called) 5 star hotel. Long walk from the room to reception and we had the luck of both access cards not to work at the door. Parking is not theirs, they will park your car in the public parking in the city so after you leace it with them...hard to get accesa to it. The entrance was a building site, not what we expected at all.
