"Overall the stay was what I expected. However, the heater wasn’t working in my igloo and while they were quick to attempt to resolve the issue it took hours for guest services to troubleshoot and remedy the situation. They ended up comping dinner and giving me another suite for the night but then woke me up multiple times the next morning to work while I attempted to sleep. Again, happy for the effort but no one wants to be woken up on their vacation. Positives: their aurora alarm will wake you...

"The property is secluded and about 30 mins away from city center. It is in a nicely quietly situated area. The goal of the trip was to hopefully see lady Aurora and to stay in an igloo. This resort met those expectations! I was very fortunate Aurora did her show right above my igloo! What a dream that was. I know Lady Aurora is a natural phenomenon, I was just very fortunate she did her show the night I stayed. I liked how the hotel offered the snow tubing and was able to walk on the frozen...

"We had a one night stay as a family. The breakfast is very good and the room is a good size. Staff were also very friendly and no issues leaving our luggage there during the day. Unfortunately our sleep wasn't so great as we had loud music till 1am, which seemed to come from a party in the hotel. Otherwise our stay was good."

"Had a great time at this location, The hotel is in a good location. The room was spacious and clean. Asked the front desk about activities in the area. The lady who checked me in was very helpful, but on Saturday morning, when I tried to ask about local bus service for a trip, the gentleman did not attempt to help at all, stating i only know about the hotel. Breakfast had many choices and was tasteful, despite front desk issue, i would recommend."
