"Very conveniently located guesthouse (3 minute walk to train station/bus terminus for Santa Claus Village, 3 minutes to a supermarket, 10 minutes to the edge of downtown). The rooms were small but warm and clean. A kitchen is available for use, and so is laundry (7 Euros). The breakfast was included but not remarkable. The front desk staff gave very good directions. The next day reconfirmed this with the hostel administrator (have a proper correspondence). Called a few days before the arrival. All was good.
