"Room was nice and clean, nice TV. Stayed on concierge level. Walked in concierge level 5:00, no one from hotel to greet us, about 20 minutes went by before any staff was available to get us a drink. The music was so loud and distorted, ear piercing. An elderly man decided to have a birthday party with his 12-13 friends, not sure any of the people were actually staying there. Very bizarre. Experience was haphazard at best. "

"We loved our stay. The room and property were impeccably clean, and we had an amazing view. Plus, the bed was sooooo comfortable. The hotel is connected to Crown Center, so it was lovely walking around and checking out the stores and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was fabulous, and the food and drinks were DELICIOUS. It's one of my favorite hotels in KC!"

"Room was a little cold and needed some minor cosmetic work done. Restaurant, bar, and Starbucks were all closed because of a low volume night. Not having all of the amenities promised was disappointing. "

"Convenient location and staffs are friendly and helpful, great city view from 30th floor. Room was clean but the facility is not new. Water pressure is not as high as I experienced in others, the sink was a little bit clogged first day and was fixed later."
