"Perfect hotel to stay at if you’re going to an event at the convention center, it’s connected so we could easily come and go. Parking was easy, the self-pay option was quick and ended up being cheaper than expected. The room was clean and had lots of places to charge things and a closet to hang clothes. "We loved this hotel! The staff was very accommodating and seemed vested in the success of our stay. We requested to change rooms at the last minute and it was changed without any questions. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The bar and common area just inside the front doors is amazing. You will not regret booking here! "

"I've stayed here before but this room was much smaller. It is a very nice hotel with many conveniences although the coffee shop was not open when posted. It is connected to many shops and the link system allows for indoor walking to adjoining hotels and shops. Everything closes earlier than I would have preferred though."

"This is a stately grand dame property that has been modernized. The room was quite good; the lobby was modern and austere juxtaposed on old and stately in a disconcerting manner. Staff were adorable. Location rocked!! Easy access to great restaurants and the WWI Museum as well as the Nelson-Atkins Art Museum. "
