"TRYP is in a good location and walkable to SCAD and downtown. There is a parking garage across the street for convenient parking. Our room had an AC unit without a cover and a part that had broken off (that was causing a loud noise) that we put back on. Overall the room was clean and we enjoyed the location. "

"We asked for a room change which was honored immediately. Our original room was located next to the elevator shaft. Every time the elevator was used, it made a loud swooshing noise. It too an hour and a half to get served our dinner at the hotel restaurant; we were comped our dinner because of this. Other than these 2 problems, we loved our room, staff and service, the ferry and grounds."

"Historic Inn….perhaps a bit more trafficked than some of the others. I think if you get one of the more expensive rooms they are more spacious, in better shape and more private. It is a lovely old place but not designed to accommodate air conditioning and modern baths, so the updates—while fully acceptable—are kind of wonky. Unbeatable location. Helpful staff. Could be cleaner (Christmas decor still up on Feb 28, breakfast area floor in serious need of a cleaning)."

"We are snowbirds traveling North to NJ and always love to stop in Savannah. This year we chose an Azalea Inn for our stay and can report we were very pleased. The post Civil War mansion has oodles of historic charm with just enough updates for the modern traveler.
