"Most of the employers were friendly and helpful. Night shift was very knowledgeable and accommodative. Restaurant staff provided great service. It was called , but there are no portable heaters . Swimming pool and spa , but no robes or slippers in the rooms and not available upon request. That was disappointing. Good location. Quiet , safe . Easy parking. Good food choices . Some front desk gals could use attitude adjustment. "

"Friendly staff and nice, neat hotel. However, my room was very close to the staircase and every time anyone came up or down the stairs it was very noisy. Avoid the rooms close to the stairwells."

"I booked this for me and my son(16) for the weekend. When booking I entered my son's date of birth and Hotel.com allocated him as a child. When I arrived at the hotel I had to pay a surcharge as the hotel classed him as an adult. Hotel.com should review their child age policy as this left a sour note at the beginning of our trip. "This was a last minute trip but one of the best experiences in a hotel ever. The location is awesome. The staff are really - really - helpful and caring. The accommodation is excellent and the food is great. This is how hotels used to be. Totally hands on management. Comfortable rooms. Amenities to enjoy. And a great location.
