 The detached house includes such as garden / lawn area baby rocker and climbing frame directly on the lake from the outside accessible storage room for bicycles

 as well as a parking space for 3 cars.

Please note: The deposit of 150.00 EUR as well as costs for final cleaning, pets and bed linen & towels must be paid before arrival. You will receive the bank information u with the travel documents.
The deposit will be returned to you after departure minus the consumption costs for electricity and water.


Additional costs:

Visitor's tax / tourist tax: No city tax / tourism tax (obligatory).
Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 75 EUR (optional).
Towels: to rent once per person for 3. 5 EUR (optional).
Bed linen: to rent once per person for 15 EUR (optional).
Fuel fireplace: per object and day according to consumption (mandatory).
Electricity: per object and day according to consumption (obligatory).
