"Booked last minute as we didn’t like our initial hotel. Hyatt was absolutely amazing. Forgot the male staff member’s name at check in but we asked for an upgrade to a nice view room and this was granted plus welcome drinks on the house. Rooms are a good size, hotel is in top notch condition and very clean. Breakfast was good quality and fresh daily. Will stay again when visiting Santiago in the future. Staff was professional and friendly throughout our stay. "

Hotel was clean, rooms spacious, and there was a good breakfast served every morning. First time in my experience that I could shower and freshen up in the gym facilities before I could even check in to my room! Nice touch."
