"Jimmy in the ski shop was amazzzing! And the shuttle drivers. Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable! "Nice staff and had a great room. Pool facilities and views from rooms very nice. A little bit far from town. Longer walk especially with luggage. Plan for a scheduled taxi to take your form town center (Bus stop) to hotel. Distance also makes a bit of a challenge to walk into town for dinners. If you have a car then no issues although parking is minimal in the town center. The hotel is modern and newer so that is a benefit and it is close to the tunnel to Mont Blanc."
