For the 3 nights we were there, one night there was a fire alarm that kept going off, it was a false alarm of course but it was difficult to fall asleep again once woke up by the alarm. Another night we were woken up by fireworks at midnight. Every night there seemed to be some kinda party in the hall downstairs and the loud music was quite disturbing "

As someone that does not drink alcohol and most hotels only offer cocktails and champagne at check in so I found this delightful. The rooms were great, more spacious than you normally get in Amsterdam. Customer service was on point and not to mention location which was superb. The view from my room was beautiful, the bed was comfy, the room was spotless and had everything we needed. Thank you! I enjoyed my stay. "
