"Lovely hotel Room was nice but walls need touching up and four pillows were all hard which was a shame. Really should have soft snd hard . Breakfast service was good but disappointing that i had to send eggs Benedict back as both eggs were hard. When it was replaced one was still hard ."

Stay in room 50, both nights experienced a repetitive banging noise around 1'oclock in the morning, lasted around 15 to 20 minutes. Assuming it was to do with the generator near the property."

"Our go to hotel when we stay in Stratford. A historic hotel that oozes authenticity. Yes, it could do with a makeover in certain areas of the main building but these do not detract from the overall pleasantness of the stay. Excellent breakfast offering. If you plan to use the spa facilities then a small padlock is recommended to secure your belongings. Totally recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Stratford area. "
