"This was our second stay at this property and we are fans. It’s a great location for visiting Stratford-Upon-Avon, the theaters there, and the historical sites. The staff is outstanding - they have helped us book car service when we’ve needed it and answer oddball questions when we have those. They are very concerned with food allergies at the restaurant and you may even be asked about those allergies multiple times, it’s kind of sweet. "Fantastic room, food and facilities - thank you for a great stay (rare to have an extensive spa and bowling alley!). Pay for extra facilities; yet the room rate was relatively cheap. Staff were very nice in some areas but weren’t so friendly at reception when checking in sadly. All-in-all, a good visit!"
