The front desk receptionist (Ms Wan 溫) has performed excellent services for our stay. She is very pleasant; friendly and helpful and has met with our satisfaction. I am very impressed by her good attitude and she always show her enthusiasm to help and answer our questions with her best knowledge. A great hotel staff from the organization."
