"Second time we have stayed here. The location is excellent. The outside space and grounds are beautiful The staff we met were lovely, very pleasant. The breakfast room is huge and we enjoyed the breakfast too Negatives: it’s extremely dated and in some places it is actually shabby. The bed(s) were singles pulled together, not fastened, so they separated if you turned over during the night. The beds also had very ill fitting toppers on them which also moved. "From our balcony (Room 22 on third floor) we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Vecht. A spacious room although there are some features that could do with maintenance (eg timber floor on balcony) and provision of more shelving."

"I tried to alter my booking dates through Expedia's website, was informed by their Bot that it'd all been taken care of. Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. Thank you so much to the guy at the hotel for re-arranging everything so perfectly, otherwise we'd have turned up without a reservation. Next time we'll book with the hotel directly. You find out how good an organisation is when you need them to help you out and Expedia...

"Wonderful, quiet, confortable, romantic, the staff is amazing, ambiance is very nice. The details are fantastic, worth every penny..the restaurant was very cozzy and the Chefs surprise meal was delicious.highly recomend you try that dinner choice...will definitely come back to this hotel. "
